REFUNDS FAQ

What is the process of Exchange, Return and Refund ?

1. We offer 10 days time to returns & exchange from the date of delivery.
   
   
2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
   
   
3. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped in the above mentioned address. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
   
   
4.  For COD orders, coupon code of your invoice value will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
   
   
5. For PREPAID orders. Kindly allow 7 working days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. Shipping charges are non refundable for both PREPAID AND COD orders.
   
   
6. While processing refunds Shipping charges are non-refundable of INR 200-300 for forward and reverse shipment handling charges will be deducted from your paid amount. This amount is charged by courier logistics company. Huedee has no authority over it.
   
   
7. Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH CAN BE USED IN UNDER 1 Year FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

8. ON-SALE items are NON-REFUNDABLE, only exchange is allowed.
   
   
9. Accessories like SOCKS and CAPS are non-refundable due to hygiene concern.
   
   
10. We will provide refund only for untimely delivery of prepaid orders, defected items and we will take responsibility for it.

Do I need to ship the product from my end for an exchange or a return ?

Yes, we generate reverse pick up from our end only if pincode is serviceable in you address as courier company has limited reach apologizes for the inconvenience.

Can I Exchange an item and is it chargeable ?

Exchange is allowed upto 1 time with free charge, Second exchange will be charged at INR 250. This amount is charged by courier logistics company and Huedee has no authority over it.

When will I receive my store credit/ refund/exchange ?

Once we receive your item, after quality check, we will provide a store credit or exchange the current returned item with other designs or size you have selected. 

We also request you to drop an email to us with your tracking number, order id, name and bank account details and type of account with IFSC code.

Each product is individually in-house hand-dyed for our customer. Please allow us 7-10 working days for an exchange. (subject to customer shipment time frame)

ELIGIBILITY TO RETURN 

• Return Request need to be within 10 days of the delivery of product.
• All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
• In case you received a damage or defective product, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at myhuedee@gmail.com
• Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 

REFUND OPTIONS

Only Store Credit for exceptional situations:-

 The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

• Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders. Please mention the bank account details in the email with tracking number. 
• For Online Paid orders, money will be transferred to the original method of payment / credit and debit cards for all online orders within 10 working days.
• Customised orders are non-refundable ( Towels with personal names.)

Refund exempted goods

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How long will until I get my refund ?

For Prepaid  transactions you need to provide your valid bank details.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
