What is the process of Exchange & Return ?

We offer 10 days time to returns & exchange from the date of delivery. On- Sale items are not refundable. You can exchange with any item or opt for a store credit. Accessories are non refundable as we maintain hygiene standards.

We offer reverse pick-ups and it will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped in the above mentioned address. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, or wrong product received, a refund would not be provided.

When returning the product for reverse pickup please make sure you pack the product with proper images and before handing over the product to delivery courier, make sure you take a proof of packaging pictures. If we receive wrong product it will act as a proof to courier partners and help us to claim the lost parcel. If you fail to provide, we will not be responsible for your parcel refund.


Can I Exchange an item and is it chargeable ?

Exchange is allowed upto 1 time with free charge, Second exchange will be charged at INR 350. This amount is charged by courier logistics company and Huedee has no authority over it.

How do i get my refund ?

For COD orders, coupon code of your invoice value will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number. Incase you do not need the store credit we will charge for 300-450 INR for forward and reverse shipping.

For PREPAID orders. Kindly allow 7 working days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. Shipping charges are non refundable for both PREPAID AND COD orders. 
 
Why am i being charged for shipping fee ?

We charge shipping fees to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. These fees cover packaging, handling, tracking, and transportation costs. We continuously strive to negotiate competitive rates while providing exceptional service. This charge is charged by our logistics partner and HUEDEE has no authority over it. Thank you for your understanding and support.

What Items are Non- Refundable ?

Sale items are Non refundable, only exchange is allowed. Accessories like SOCKS and CAPS are non-refundable due to hygiene concern.

Do I need to ship the product from my end for an exchange or a return ?

We offer reverse pickups and in case if pin-code is unserviceable in you address then you need to ship the product in above office address as courier company has limited reach apologizes for the inconvenience.

When will I receive my store credit/ refund/exchange ?

Once we receive your item, after quality check, we will provide a store credit or exchange the current returned item with other designs or size you have selected. 
We also request you to drop an email to us with your tracking number, order id, name and bank account details and type of account with IFSC code.

Each product is individually in-house hand-dyed for our customer. Please allow us 7-10 working days for an exchange. (subject to customer shipment time frame)

For Prepaid  transactions you need to provide your valid bank details. or UPI

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet,

Check your bank account or contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5-7 working days.
